Strange Seeds Inside

Product itself is fine. No complaints about that. However, when I opened the bronze colored packaging, I immediately noticed a lot of small seeds inside. I have no idea who they are, where they are from or how they got there. He arrived like this. I have to sterilize them all before they can be used. Not happy about that.
