Best tire I could find

Love this item. I got the essence so quickly and was so shocked that I was sweating after 3-5 minutes! Considering I'm 5ft 6in and 155lbs, I didn't expect to complete a workout like this in such a short amount of time. My back hurts and I'm so happy to say my back doesn't hurt at all. I would say the best part is that this hoop is so much fun that I don't feel frustrated doing it as an exercise (like I usually do when I'm training).
