First, this speaker is not waterproof and the rear connectors are exposed to keep it from getting wet. It has two full-range speakers in the front and two passive radiators in the back. No tweeters as they advertise. Build quality is very basic, cheap plastic. The pillar itself is not that heavy for its size. The sound quality is pretty good for a 24W speaker. It's not the loudest sound for its size, but it's decent enough. Bass is okay until you hit the highest volume levels, then bass-heavy music starts to experience distortion. The volume is controlled by an analog switch, eliminating the need to sync the volume with your phone. The logo in the center of the speaker lights up and you can change a few different colors or have it cycle through all colors continuously, which is nice. Overall a pretty good speaker with average battery life. The handle makes it easy to carry and feels stable for the most part. At higher volume levels, the bass will move the speaker a bit, so be careful when placing it on a shelf or ledge as it can fall off.
