When I first bought it, it worked great. Then random network outages began on some devices, 2.4 or 5 GHz just disappeared, the 5 GHz band was very bad. I would have to reboot the modem to get everything working temporarily again until the same problems reoccur. Then I got 1/3 the speed I paid for, my ISP came out, checked the line and found that this modem/router was actually being used. I called Linksys and they offered to trade it in for a new one, which I almost did until I went back and read the reviews. I decided to ditch Linksys as I felt this problem would persist, went back to my ISP modem and bought a separate Netgear Nighthawk router. case is closed.
