I bought this to play MP3 CDs, which it does. My main criticism is the controls. The function switch is sloppy at best and not entirely intuitive. Without instructions, it took me a while to figure out that the switch had to be flipped to the off position in order to play the disc. "On" position only for the pathetic radio that should have been removed from this unit. I mean, does anyone really buy one to listen to the radio? Anyway I finally figured out the disk function which worked for a while until the skip or advance function failed. As it stands, the disc will play from the beginning with no track selection or skipping. dave your money
