I like how easy it is for me as an employee of this organization to access my accounts online at any given moment via mobile devices or computers! It would be great if they had more options available (such as allowing users of different languages/cultures) - but so far everything has been very simple for our staff members who are located around the world from India and Bangladesh through South America and Canada. The benefits include being able to focus solely on transcribing while also having instant updates about changes made during each step of the process since we're connected directly into their system 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
