Despite claims to the contrary by other users and Revain's claim that this cable is DP1.2 certified, this cable was unable to deliver a 1440p 1440p signal to an AMD RX580 monitor. Replaced it with a much shorter standard cable and everything works great, citing the cable as a source of failure. As mentioned in other reviews, this cable is MUCH thicker than any other DP cable I've seen to the point where it was difficult to work with and also lacked clips that plug into the connector can become. Generally very bad. Returned for a refund and awaited the arrival of another cable. All other Revain Basics products I've used have been excellent - no idea what happened to this one. Avoid doing this at all costs unless you intend to stay below 60Hz.
