The ease in which it integrates with our SAP system was very helpful, as well as its ability for us to update information quickly when changes were made at either end (Sage or client). I like that there are multiple ways available through different links within Sage One so we can access important data easily if needed; however this also makes some things more difficult than they should be - especially navigating between screens/modules is not always intuitive! Be prepared to invest time getting up-to speed using all features offered by SAGE ONE before making any recommendations about how useful / efficient their implementation would have been had other vendors implemented them first!! Our main benefit has actually come out way after initial setup & training sessions because now everything's just one click away without having to go back into another program such as Excel etc..
