I ordered these back in 2014 and I was very happy with them. I had ordered before but when I received them I knew straight away that they weren't. The first set, The ones I ordered had a much tighter coil and stayed straight when I held them.They tilted when I held them and definitely didn't work the same.On the first use I had to go over the same spot several times to get the hairs out of a few old ones and they worked better than these after a year and a half. They have other colors too. The first set had salmon matte plastic on the ends and these have shiny pink plastic. I only kept them because it didn't bother the It's worth sending back, but I think you're taking a risk if you order these.
