I've been having trouble with the Spectrum since we started using it. You will never be able to help me! Techs come and go without giving a good answer or advice. Ever since I've been working from home and using e-tutorials, the internet has been an annoying problem all day every day! Finally we were told to look at the wifi extender/mesh! I was frustrated that I had to spend extra money since I pay almost $89 a month for internet alone. However, I decided to spend some extra money and buy it, which was a life saver. We live in a concrete block house so there was virtually no signal at the back of the house, but now we have full coverage throughout the house. Also in the yard! No more intermittent signal, no more lag in games, movies or zoom! Super happy with this purchase!
