I've wanted this for a long time and this irrigator is great! My dentist recommended I get one so I can reach the back of my mouth and this device helped me a lot with that. It comes with a carrying case that makes traveling with it very easy. It was a bit difficult at first to figure out how to pour out all the water (you have to pull the device down) and I couldn't figure out how to store the part of the floss that attaches either, but that's still not the case . generally a big deal. Very useful, long battery life and ideal for general oral hygiene. And it came very quickly!
