I was remodeling my kitchen and installed them for under cabinet, in cabinet and on top of cabinet lighting. I used cables instead of plugs, best solution. I chose not to use the remote control, the remote control is just a luxury that is not needed in Moss. So they've been installed for about 10 months and haven't had any outages so far. I didn't use tape when drilling them into my cabinets. Super clean installation, cabinets stand out! The light really instantly transformed the kitchen into a bright and warm place. The reason I chose not to install the remote control is because the light doesn't work because of the remote control. This leads to more problems over time. Add them to your closets, you can't go wrong with these lights!
