. I bought the Epsom cartridges in April, used the first cartridge and all went well. When I needed to replace the cyan cartridge last week, I tried two cartridges that "couldn't detect". I've tried every method suggested, such as making sure the cartridge is safe and secure, wiping the chip, and inserting it three times. It only "recognized" the item after the third cartridge and now it works perfectly. I still need cartridges. What is the replacement method to replace unusable cartridges? These cartridges are very expensive and I believe there must be some way to replace them as their defection is beyond my control. I also have an unused cartridge left.
