Pairing was set up incorrectly and I had to re-pair everything - only one button could be paired to one receiver at a time. The instructions are rubbish. IF YOU NEED TO PAIR, watch the first video on the main page - the one with the title in lower case and the thumbnail as black text on a white screen. It says "How to change the ringtone". EDIT: I should point out that the instructions are not just rubbish, they are actually WRONG. After figuring out how to do this, I was able to get all 3 buttons to work with both receivers and use the tone I wanted. Now I have it installed and it works great.
