My wife recently upgraded to a Macbook Pro and we all know these laptops only have USB-C ports. She is a teacher and teaches from home. She has 3 or 4 devices connected to her old laptop, which is why I mentioned she needs a USB-C hub. After looking at some of the suggested hubs, this one better suited her needs. We were looking for at least 3 USB-A ports and this hub has them. Most of the options we found only had 2 and she wanted to use a different dongle for more USB-A ports, but with a little patience we found that. The build and build quality is excellent. It matches the color of your Macbook and looks stylish. The hub is portable enough to be portable just in case she needs to return to class. After more than a month of connecting multiple devices to the hub (more than what I have in the photo), I'm happy to report that it's still working without any issues. Checked all ports, works as it should. The HDMI port is only suitable for 1080p and below. It flickered at times, but otherwise the hub worked flawlessly. It gets warm, but only if you stick everything to it, including food. I wouldn't recommend it for 4K monitors as some users will find it slow. Only supports a refresh rate of 30 Hz. Overall, the product performs well and is not as expensive as other hubs. I would say try.
