The casting is very weak

The aluminum that makes up this new case is much weaker than the old original. Torque the case screws to specification and it is cracked on one side of the case. I cleaned my old case and tightened it to the same specs - no cracks or damage. Also, the casting looks stronger and cleaner on the old than on the new.
