Review on TEST-889E 889 E Compatible Testing Forms (100 Sheet Pack) by Omar Alradwan

A few times a few users at my school had a scantron scanner crash (before using this form I didn't know it was possible -- - it was like seeing your phone or fax broken). I'm not sure what's causing this other than it's happening with this form and no other form (not another Scantron branded form or any other 3rd party form I've used). Being virtually useless, it has very little value regardless of the "savings". PS See the attached photo for the error message it generates in the Scantron machine.
