This moisture wrap is awesome! This is small enough for my 2.5 year old and my 5 year old! It sits comfortably on it and the moisture pack seems to be working amazing! You can drink from the mouthpiece without any problems! There is space for a few small snacks or small toys. It has a great buckle to keep the backpack on your body when hiking and running. There is also a safety whistle in the buckle itself. It has a small handle that hides at the top but doesn't hang from a locker hook. The color is fantastic! we love it so much
