Good stretchy, easy to put on. Our cat will crawl out of anything we put it in and she actually wore it for hours and fell asleep in it. We finally found him in the hallway so he managed to get his clothes off and he stretched out for a long time so we're guessing he was getting warm. But apart from the harness and collar, he doesn't tolerate anything worn out, so we were glad, assuming it would actually be a waste of time. But since he's fine we still use him after Christmas to keep him warm in the car when we have to drive him and he's not cold. So now we're looking for non-holiday patterns! He weighs 10 pounds. 9.5" neck, 13" chest, 14" length and we have an M. It's a loose fit on him, but it's the perfect size considering his body length and the size of his chest as well as his comfort level.
