product received and due to a collision have had it more than one Month not installed. This is a direct replacement for a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria alternator and took approximately 15 minutes to install. Nicely assembled, well packaged and constructed. Unfortunately, there were issues with loading speed and other things, and the gasket that came in the box with connectors and output curves had blown off. (worked outside) Contacted DB Electrical 'Support' and was told there is no technical support for these products as they are 'Made in China'. When I then asked for the manufacturer's website in China, I was told that it was not available. Especially not happy.
