Came in a small box, I was worried about that for a second with both pillows. However, they know what they are doing. These pillows were vacuum packed so well the packaging was as thick as a fast food pancake! There was a tiny piece of fluff on one of the pillows. I'm a craftsman, I understand that. Glitter gets all the hype for being everywhere and nowhere, but fluff is just as bad. Anyway, why am I mentioning this because this tiny piece was sooo soft. Another thing that makes me happy with the purchase. And it all goes to show that the company cares that the packaging/plastic they came in was thicker than most, not cheap stuff just in case something goes crazy on delivery. Also, they were shipped in a waterproof plastic-coated box. This gives me peace of mind that nothing ends up on my baby's pillow along the way that I don't know about. Yes, I will wash them before use, but something doesn't come out in one wash. And you never know what might be badly packed next to the box on the way :/
