The first order came from a sample I hadn't ordered. So I went back and ordered again. I ordered 2 different ones for my 2 younger boys. They fit well so I washed them and packed them for the beach. Within 2 hours of wearing it, both boys were wearing the brand, but no one else developed a rash on their legs underneath the swimsuit. Both knees were rubbed to the point of blood. I switched them to other swimsuits we had and both cleaned up. I have no idea what they put in their fabrics that would cause such a reaction, but I'm just jumping into the future!
