Very impressive! suitable for amino acids

I'm impressed. I've been taking the supplement for about 2+ weeks. The suggestion is to take 2 caps a day, I started at 1 cap a day (didn't know how it would affect me) and then went up to 2 caps. I immediately noticed an increase in energy. When doing physical activities like cleaning and doing laundry, I was very lethargic and tired easily. Since taking this my energy and alertness have improved. I can do chores without getting tired. My mood also improved. I can be very irritable, impatient and irritable. I've noticed that I'm much calmer, more patient and accommodating now. Things that would normally make me anxious don't. All in all I was very impressed!
