The sizes are easily one or two sizes smaller
The shorts are fine however the shirts are incredibly small. I usually go a size up because I like more lose fits when it comes to shirts and the 3xl is more like an XL.

- decent quality just too small. order one to two sizes up.

- only came with one set when it was supposed to be 3 not happy
