Works but too weak

Bought to possibly use a small car vacuum cleaner at home. Provides enough power to run the vacuum cleaner but is not really effective, ie not enough power for good suction. Another proof when we took the vacuum cleaner into the car and connected it to a decent 12V socket: the vacuum cleaner had significantly more suction power. It's probably great for charging your small electronic devices in the car, but nothing that really requires power.
