Fantastic and useful, can't live without
This is the most wonderful bactericidal mouthwash. No chemicals, good taste, makes you feel righteous! I use a bottle a week and have avoided the dentist for 5 years with no problem. If you want to be so clean that you don't need someone to brush your teeth, this is one of the four steps I find beneficial to successful oral health. I also use a toothpick, dental floss, and non-fluoride toothpaste. Apparently I can't pronounce the word "flurid".
