The price is unbeatable, as it's only $2 per year! They send out emails for you every 2 weeks or so to keep people up to date about new products, etc. It can be easily set up by someone who has no computer/IT experience at all. I am having trouble getting them to let me pay via PayPal instead of my credit card (which they don't offer). This would make things much easier when sending payments to customers through their website or app. If you're looking for an affordable way to manage your customer communications without IT support, then MAILBOX may just work for you. I used to have our own tech staff handle everything related to managing our business email accounts - but that was costing us too much money. We've been able to cut down drastically since we started using MAILBOX.
