Saved my workhorse Surface Pro 4 i7, 16h 1tb. It fixes SP 4's touchscreen issues and design flaws by converting to SP5! Replaceable cable is a plus! Don't use the supplied tape - it's too thick for the screen to stick to the metal edge.
