makes the whole pancake process faster and more reliable

I used to make pancakes in a regular pan - uneven heating, pancakes merged together, couldn't get too many in the pan. You know those problems. It would take a long time and the results were not always great. Now the same batch, 1 cup kodiak cakes + 1 cup oatmilk cooks in 2 batches with this pan. The pan heats up fast and distributes heat evenly, producing 2 perfect batches. It all happens quickly. I like the little mini pancake size. Cleanup is easier than before. The pan takes up very little space. Pair with a mini spatula to flip. Love it!
