I'm a hardware engineer and I do some side projects at home. Sometimes when troubleshooting my PCB, it's difficult to see small components. It's perfect for that. Look at the picture I posted. This is a capacitor in case 0402. You can see it very clearly. There's also plenty of wiggle room if you need to make adjustments. It came with an SD card so it was very easy to transfer files between the oscilloscope and my computer. My kids are very interested in science these days so they use this all the time to take a closer look at things they find like leaves, rocks etc. The screen is a good size and shows a very clear picture. This is quite a multifunctional sight of small size.
