These pillows are very soft and fluffy. As advertised, they do plump right back up. They come folded and tightly rolled. You unroll, punch them up abit and wait a day. They did flesh out but never lost the center crease from shipping. As some other reviewers found, there's no real substance. Lay you head down and the pillow completely flattens under it. Yes, you can plump it prettily back up in the morning so if it's looks you want go for it. I would have returned but hubby likes to wad his pillow up into a ball so this works for him.
