Piece of shit! Difficult to assemble, breaks on first use!

That sucks! Very disappointed as I was looking for a way to cut soap faster and more accurately. This junk is difficult to assemble without building instructions and broke on first use! The metal cutting wire is weak and broke trying to cut through a molten and inflated block of soap. It lies useless in my closet. We want a return!
