Review on EEZ Y Windproof Travel Umbrellas Rain: Stay Protected and Dry on Your Travels by Danielle Hartman

I bought it over a year ago and have used it about 6 times. I really like the size and color especially the double canopy which is very helpful in the wind. HOWEVER, I eventually realized that this umbrella has a flaw that ultimately caused me to throw it away and buy another one. Closing is almost impossible. Today I could barely get into my car in the rain and tried to close my umbrella to keep the rain out. I had to get out, fold it by hand, got wet, and even then I couldn't get the handle of the telescope. This has happened to me several times - why did it take so long for me to give up?! This is an addition. After writing this review, EEZ-Y Umbrella seems to have seen the review and sent me a new umbrella without asking. This is a different version, a nice 58 inch golf umbrella and once I have it I can open or close it with ease. What a company! Replacement GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
