I'm an audio engineer by trade so I try not to be too critical but for such a price the mic is excellent! The fact that it comes with so many accessories including a really easy to use dart stand should set it apart from other competitors! I needed a new mic to record Youtube videos and short cover/demo songs so this was a great option. It doesn't really have "warmth", the frequency response is more highly distorted, there is a jump above 10kHz which makes sense given it's probably intended for vocals and this boost helps with intelligibility. However, I tried recording louder vocals with it and it didn't handle that very well (it sounded like it revved up too much), so I guess it's not really designed for that! In general, I recommend it to ordinary consumers or those who are just starting to make music!
