Review on Serami by Paul Ziegler

I was eager to test Serami's home and kitchen products as a do-it-yourself expert, but I was let down. Though their online store featured a broad variety of kitchen and dining goods, the quality of the items I purchased did not reflect the asking price. My dinnerware collection did not live up to my hopes in terms of durability, and neither did the design. Some of the items were also damaged during shipping, and it took longer than anticipated to receive the shipment. The response time from customer service was also much longer than anticipated, and they were not particularly helpful in solving the problem. Overall, I had a negative impression of Serami and won't be making any future purchases from them.
