Currently the only non-destructive way to add a security slot to any new MacBook Pro. The downside is that you can't use the leather flip case while it's installed. The screws are specialized and tiny. They include a spare and I wish they had the opportunity to sell more because I'm sure I'll lose them trying to install them. Do not throw away the supplied screwdriver, as the required TorX bit is usually not available. If you have to drill out the screws you will ruin the lock adapter but your laptop will be fine. Do not install this adapter without strong light and on a large flat surface. You may need a magnifying glass to install the screws.
