I have chronically dry lips. No matter what treatments I tried or how much water I drank, they were uncomfortably dry, cracked, and flaky. This mask is the ONLY product that has ever worked for me. I have used it very, very much over the last 25 years. I never claimed the product worked for me overnight but it really did. I applied it to clean lips the first night and the next morning they were soft and smooth. I will always use it at night before applying any matte lip product and the compliments I'm getting now! I have never done. Never before. I keep it on my bedside table and apply it with my finger right before bed. It's very sticky, like petroleum jelly. There are no problems with the transfer to the pillowcase. The smell is pleasant and very faint. The cap unscrews easily. The pot itself holds a large amount, 25g = about 5 teaspoons (for reference, a popular oil-based lip product contains about 7.5g). Initially I used this product every night for a week. I used it every night for the next few weeks. A month later I only use it when needed! This product not only solves my problem but makes a difference over time. This is EXTREMELY important as many products are designed to get you addicted to them. This means that as soon as you stop using your lips, they'll be back to what they were, and sometimes even worse. I can't believe this product even exists at such an incredibly low price. ADVANTAGES: - It acts quickly, gently and efficiently. . - Makes a general difference over time. - It's available. - Large amount - Pleasant smell CONS: - The list of ingredients is intimidating. NOT a 100% natural product. *** UPDATE - March 2019 *** I still use this product as needed, about once or twice a week in the evenings. I can't believe I'm still using my original can that I bought over a year and a half ago! Even though I'm almost done, it still smells great and still works just as well as the very first time. I can't believe the success I've had with it. That's magic. *** UPDATE - December 2019 *** The original can is still in use. I buy it now after 2 years of effective use. Incredible value for money.
