Customer Service Terrible

I would give this unit 5 stars. I used to always like monster products. I have 5 different monster surge protectors at home. We had a very bad power surge last week and I kept emailing customersupport@monsterproducts.com with no response. There may be a better way to contact the manufacturer to discuss a warranty claim. There is no phone number on the website, only email. I even tried to contact them on Facebook and my post was deleted within 15 minutes so they would at least pay attention to Facebook. Great priorities. I'm still willing to be nice if I can get someone to contact me.
