I do a lot of my shopping online, and just recently I had a terrible experience with Bobino, which is an online store that offers cell phones and accessories. In spite of the fact that their website guaranteed a delivery time of only 5-7 business days, my order did not appear for more than three weeks after I made the purchase of a phone case and a charging cable. To make matters even more frustrating, by the time I did get my purchase, the charging cable was completely ineffective. I attempted to get in touch with their customer service department, but the representatives I spoke with were incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive. They did not respond to any of my letters and did not provide any kind of solution to the issue. Both my time and my money were thrown away for nothing by this endeavor. In addition to this, the design of their website is very poor, and it is very difficult to traverse. It is not easy to discover the products that you are looking for, and the descriptions of those products are often inaccurate and insufficient. Due to the fact that the product description was not very specific, I ended up buying the incorrect phone cover. In general, Bobino is not a game that I would recommend to anyone. The business provides terrible support to its customers, its shipping is unreliable, and its website is poorly designed. Don't put yourself through the hassle; go shopping somewhere else.
