I have three different prescriptions: distance, reading, computer. Last year I bought professional office glasses, which are basically progressive models with clear lenses, a prescription for a computer and a prescription for reading. They cost me over $300 after insurance. I leave them in the office, but I need computer glasses to take home. My old ones broke after 3 years so I bought these to replace. Doesn't matter! Everything is much better and clearer. Apparently blocking blue light makes a difference. I will most likely buy reading glasses again in a different shape/strength as I need them for my phone and tablet.
