Cheap in every sense of the word.
The mugs look good compared to my old magic mugs. These are not factory replacement parts. Some of them had creases at the top of the cups that were either sharp or didn't fit the blender head well. This required quite a bit of looping on most 5 cups. There were also some with a broken tab securing them to the blender motor, making them difficult to use. Generally they work as advertised but the quality leaves a lot to be desired.
