As my title suggests, I will not ask for a refund. So when I got it. It was so difficult to open. You really had to pull hard. Then one page got stuck. As it stands out. More than the other 3 parts that hold the phone in place. So I figured the little DW40 would lose it and somehow reboot. It's not like this. So I had a screwdriver and decided to open it. So you can guess what happened. The same thing happens when you open a clockwork watch and it's running all over the place. Since I chose to open it rather than return it I should not ask for a refund if I knowingly opened it thinking I could fix it myself. Now I only have a few parts that don't work. easily back together. At least that was my experience, I definitely wouldn't recommend it, it didn't work for me, it works for others, you just have to try it yourself, good luck.
