Often disabled for in-ear headphones

Headphones keep turning off even when phone is nearby. If you look away, one of the parts will turn off while the other plays, and then both turn off, making proper use impossible. The sound quality is ok and all the earbuds are the same size so it's not possible to adjust them to fit the ear.
