Great sound but unreliable
Great sound but unreliable connection. One day the two pieces stopped working as a pair. There is no support, factory reset doesn't work and the manual doesn't cover all blue flashing scenarios to know what the device is doing sometimes. (Also the answer to the question and the answer to factory settings of the product does not work because it has been answered.)
