I love this comforter. It was exactly what I was looking for. The color is light silver, which can be clearly seen in the photo. So far I haven't had any problems with strings or anything like that. I only washed it once on a delicate cycle and tumble dried it on low heat. Worked well, light weight. Not too hot but worked for us in late winter. Our room temperature has been around 67-69 degrees lately and that works great for us. I wish it was a little wider, but it was the widest I've found in this style on Revain. I consider myself very frugal. This duvet was higher than what I'm used to paying for a duvet, but it's worth the money.
