The best part about primo systems was that they have an excellent customer service team who were very knowledgeable of their products, extremely patient to answer all our questions which made us feel at ease while using them for work purposes. I wish there could be more tutorials available regarding how we can use it in different ways so as not just focus only one thing but multiple things are possible when you learn from your mistakes after trying out its various features. We used this software mostly online where people will log into other websites through tabs within primo system's website or apps like WhatsApp etc., This allowed me easy access even though i am offline most times due to my job being remote control assistant for several companies around Malaysia & Singapore.
