Review on Jacada Interact by Mayrando Clark
Very useful and feature-rich project management tool
I like how it can be used in various ways for different types or projects, whether you need something simple such as adding contacts/tasks etc., more complex things including creating new products / invoices with customizations which are easy enough but also very powerful when needed! There's nothing really bad about this software so far; maybe some minor issues here & there (which could have been fixed by now).
But overall everything works fine without any major problems at all - even though we've only had around 1 year since its launch date till today :D.
Pros

- Easy to configure up your own way depending what kind use cases one might want from that specific tool.
- Good support team if anything goes wrong while using jacadainteractive tools
- Wide range o features available within each module
