A great simple case for your friends. It's plastic but doesn't look cheap. The black parts have a smooth matte finish that feels almost like hard rubber. I got a little concerned when I saw the stylus on the pads that hold the case to your headphones. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the adhesive pads were already stuck in exactly the right place. There's nothing worse than ruining a great product with inferior, crooked, and cheap adhesive pads. The case fitted without any problems, it fits so well that you don't have to worry about it being a little crooked. Just pay attention to the orientation of the top cover. It's not obvious (to me at least) which way to go, luckily the instructions clearly show how to install everything. The clip feels solid, but the charging cable feels cheap. It doesn't bother me as I bought this product for the case and not the charging cable. My ONLY complaint (and it's a very, very small one) is that I don't care about the headphone graphic on the top of the case. . It might just be me, but it seems a bit cheesy. I definitely wouldn't take a star off my rating for that because it's such a small detail that it's not even really noticeable. So this is a case well made, phenomenal deal, you won't be disappointed! *I bought this item with my own money*
