I ordered a size 8/9 for my daughter who is currently a size 7/8. She is 6 years old, weighs about 51 pounds and a size 8/9 was just right for her with little room to grow. , silky fabric feel. The underarms of this shirt have ventilated fabric, which is good for kids who are just starting to sweat and a little smelly in the armpits. Washed and dried with no problems. I ordered rose red and it's a very light pink personally. I hope the quality stays the same because this shirt will be worn many times because my daughter loves it so much.
