Owner since 4/6/2018! I label A LOT of stuff to be honest and was amazed that this product lasted so long (August 19, 2019). The kinetic interaction with the product is quite satisfactory. A few things to note: Pressure is important when you're stamping letters and I think this product could have lasted longer if I hadn't over-stamped during use. The cutter may become dull over time, but that's to be expected with regular weekly use. There are also occasional seizures. It is better to press the spacebar a couple of times and move on (be sure to cut out the unnecessary fragment). To be honest this product lasted 12(?) or more refills with DYMO label tape. The product is great for the price, especially for quick DIY projects. I want the product to be more durable so it doesn't stick as much / the tape is hard to cut and that's why I have to give it 3 stars. Otherwise it's a great product and I may buy it again.
